![]() ![]() This time around it was even worse than the first time - I had no summon allies button despite them all showing up at the start, so couldn't call them if I had needed them, and in the final chamber there was no indicator for which platforms would be disintegrated by the orbs (in my first run they were clearly highlighted). I spent way too long walking around the city with no quests to avoid it beforehand, too. I know this is old but I just finished my second play through and was frustrated all over again at this fight so came looking for similar threads. I had my elemental there, Dame that bugged and a Deva. I also had game switching back to the platform but it didn't cause any issues other than costing me some extra time. There is an indicator before platform was destroyed. I'm not entirely sure how their spawn works but after that first turn I was left with 4 platforms. >! The 5 turn limit wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact the negations orbs literally take out almost all the platforms in the first turn. I had that only with Ilithids, the "counter measure" characters got pushed into oblivion. Telekenesis enemies off of the brain caused them to just pop back up By good I mean they mostly shot tentacles so not much of use but they were just tanking damage instead of my core team so it's a lot. Maybe you guys have had better experiences? or there's something that happened in your fight you want to talk about? This ones hard to explain but while inside the crown with my party members after all of their turns were ended the game would load the battle outside of the crown (Dame Aylin getting the absolute shit kicked out of her) and then after one enemies turn it would black screen and load the environment inside of the crown just to black screen again and do reload the environment outside. But then the second wave of negation orbs spawn and you have no where to avoid them. 1 under each of the entry points and 2 by the brain. The 5 turn limit wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact the negations orbs literally take out almost all the platforms in the first turn. I managed to finally fight my way into the crown. (I thought maybe it was just flying units that this would happen to but every unit I tried it on got sent flying off the brain just to pop back up unharmed) Telekenesis enemies off of the brain caused them to just pop back up right were you picked them up from. But for any other class it just doesn't seem worth it. Plus calling on them being an actual action sucks unless I guess you have a warrior with action surge.
